Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping:
Standard shipping is FREE for orders $100 or more shipped within the domestic US 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping fees.
All orders are subject to credit card verification and stock availability.
Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive an email with a delivery confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping time is about 4 to 12 days for the domestic US.
Expedited shipments must be placed before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time in order to be processed on the same business day.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned packages unless the mistake resulted from our error.
A Signature may be required upon delivery.
If any sculptures arrive with broken parts or missing pieces, we will replace them for free. Our company will cover the cost of return shipping. All damage claims must be submitted with photographs within 48 hours.
Holiday Ordering: We highly suggest placing your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
Our warehouse does not ship orders on the weekends or Holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.
International Shipments:
We ship to all international destinations worldwide. Our preferred carriers are UPS and the US Postal Service. Once the package reaches your country, it will be processed and handled by foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. The customer is responsible for all import duties & taxes when the receiving address is outside of the United.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of receipt of items will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

Cancel your order
We accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made. In case of cancellation later than 24 hours after an order was placed, buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials.
