 Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • All scrap metal sculptures are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

  • Free shipping is offered within the contiguous U.S.. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may incur additional fees.

  • Orders are subject to credit card verification and stock availability.

  • Place orders by 1:00 PM PST for same-day shipping. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with delivery confirmation and tracking details.

  • Typical delivery time is 2–8 business days within the U.S.

Expedited Shipping

  • For expedited shipments, please Get In Touch with us before placing your order.

  • Orders submitted by 1:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day.

  • Additional fees apply, and a signature may be required upon delivery.

  • Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned packages, unless the error is on our part.

Holiday Ordering

  • To ensure timely delivery, please place orders at least 7–10 days before major holidays.

  • Our warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on Friday will be processed the following business day.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your sculpture arrives damaged or with missing parts, we will replace it free of charge and cover the return shipping.

  • All claims must be submitted with photos within 72 hours of delivery.

 

International Shipping

  • We ship to international destinations worldwide using UPS or USPS.

  • Once the package reaches your country, it will be handled by local customs for clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees when shipping outside the United States.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping charges for expedited deliveries.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Exchanges of equal value include no additional shipping or handling fees.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return or exchange.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If cancellation is requested after shipping, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Missing Orders / Claims

  • If you have not received your order, you must notify us within 12 days of purchase.
