Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if my sculpture arrives damaged?
A: If your sculpture arrives damaged, Contact Us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
Q: Can I return a sculpture if I change my mind?
If you're dissatisfied with your order, you can return items for a refund or exchange within 15 days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, minus the original shipping charges for expedited shipments.
