- We ship to PO Box.
- Orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours.
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- Our carriers DO NOT process orders on the weekends or
Holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after 1:00 p.m.
Pacific Time on Friday, you may experience a delay in your
receipt of a confirmation email, and the actual shipment of
your order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error.
- Return shipping charges may apply for refused or unclaimed packages.
- Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
- We ship to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We are not able to ship Expedited service to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses. Due to world events impacting the United States and other countries, shipments to certain military addresses may be delayed for up to 4 weeks.
- Domestic US and International shipments will be shipped via USPS, Fedex, or UPS depending on the type of the products ordered.

| Our sculptures come with a ONE-YEAR WARRANTY from the original purchase date. These sculptures are very well-crafted and durable. They are professionally welded by our makers, but if there are any broken parts, WE WILL FIX IT WITH NO REPAIR CHARGE. After the item is shipped back, any missing parts will be additionally charged. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. |

International Orders:

| We ship to more than 30 international destinations via worldwide. Our preferred carriers are UPS and the US Postal Service. Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office or UPS. Shipping costs depend on the weight of each item, you can find out the shipping cost when you check out before placing the order. |

| Return Policies: |
All items are refundable within 30 days of receipt.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a Return Number from our customer service representative.
If any sculptures arrive with broken parts or missing pieces, we will fix or replace it for free. Our company will cover the cost of return shipping if broken parts or missing pieces are reported within 6 days of receiving the sculptures.
If you are local in Bay Area then contact us to save your shipping fee.

| Cancel Your Orders: |
Since we use automated order processing, we are unable to cancel
or modify your order once it has been submitted. Please call us
within 24 hours from the time you submit an order. If you have
